Now look at your audio/sound device with the exact model or brand name and the name should be something like Audio or Sound e.g High Definition Audio Controller or something else.Expand the System Devices section by double clicking on it. ![]() Press the Windows + R buttons at once and type devmgmt.mcs command and then click on OK.
